Our Developments
Dave Fisher first began this type of property development in 1995 with Parklane in Katikati, north of Tauranga. The Fisher Morris team have since then built a line of successful developments including, Seacrest Residential Resort, Papamoa; Village Gardens, Hamilton; Orange Grove Village, Tauranga; and Lakeridge, Taupo, Lakeview Villas in Rotorua, Northwood Gardens in Christchurch, and Bramley Gardens in Hamilton. We are currently developing another large scale village; Parkside Villas, in Matamata.
